Use your research from the class lessons, handouts on Buddhism, “The Beginnings of Buddhism”, “The Search for the Truth”, “The Four Noble Truths”, “The Eightfold Path”, as well as the two Alanis Morissette songs “That I Would be Good” and “Everything”. Create a first person journal entry depicting a person living the Buddhist life. Be sure to include clear Buddhist teachings and values, as well as you words and feelings about living life as a Buddhist. You can be yourself in the journal, you can be a historical figure, you can be a child, a man or a woman. You can be anyone you want in your journal. The important aspect of your journal is that you write using you own words describing your feelings and experiences from a Buddhist viewpoint, your journal must be at least 200 words.
